Joost Nuijten is a Groningen based documentary photographer. Started photography in 2005 and focusses on photographing events, concerts and - of course - finding interesting stories to shoot. Currently working on book about the backstage life of Dutch bands and a photographic essay about the jazz culture in Groningen. Photography is like savouring at 1/100th of a second. Besides being a photographer, Joost is the co-owner of an Groningen based internet agency ‘Wild Sea’.
